This weeks prompt with Bonnie at Pixel Dust Photo Art is any piece of art that pleases you and/or incorporates the element of a path or a road.
This photo was taken on Huntington Avenue in Boston.
The first smaller building on the left is the Museum of Fine Arts. The tall building immediately after the museum is the Prudential Building. The next tall building is the Hancock Building.
I like the colors in this image and the way the street lights lead you down the road. The addition of texture makes it almost feels like an oil painting to me.
Happy Friday!!
Well you are a busy texture girl!
ReplyDeleteI like the colour of the sky and the contrast of the orange tones of the buildings!
The whole effect looks more like a painting than a photograph!
Have a great weekend!
Lovely edit!
ReplyDeleteWow...great shot and yes your editing does make it look like an oil painting...definitely a piece of art to hang.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing.
Kathy
Great use of texture - creates a lovely effect. I love your "pink" Texture Tuesday image, too!
ReplyDeleteIt does look like an oil painting - amazing results by only adding a texture.
ReplyDeleteI love that the two modern buildings are shooting up from behind all the old, vintage ones. And the colors... wow!!!
