My first impression of her texture was that the top area looked like frost on a window pane and it made me think of a winter scene. I experimented with layers of my photos on top of Bonnie's texture and came up with the edits below. For the last wintery scene, instead of working with a layer, I added Bonnie's texture as an object on top of my photo and increased the opacity.
Happy Friday ♥♥♥ Have Fun
They are all lovely but my favourite is the first one.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures, You have done nice work.
ReplyDeleteHi Phyllis! So nice to come and visit you here! You have been busy with your layers and textures and pixel dust! What you present here is more like art than photography!
ReplyDeleteI like number three best with the light mauve iris and the soft pastel layers!
Thanking you for popping into my place recently! I'm so busy sorting through masses of photos that I hardly find the time to post them... still sorting!
I was interested in hearing your unexpected experience in Niagara!Have a wonderful weekend.
they are all truly wonderful. I haven't used Bonnie's texture this week because it was too hard for me. You've made it look so easy.
ReplyDeleteTruly wonderful. My favorites are the 1st one - Such a Golden Glow and the last one - The wintery feel is really different and quite nice.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is the first. I like the approach you took - you accentuated Bonnie's textures and made them dominant. Beautiful rich colours too.
ReplyDeleteThese are great!
ReplyDeleteWhat fabulous work! Love each one, Phyllis. That iris makes for an amazing subject for photo art.
ReplyDeleteone after the other wondrousness!! I love how you ran with this texture in clever and curious directions.
ReplyDeleteThese are all gorgeous! I love the "frosty" look.
ReplyDeletethe texture did look a bit frost like and i think each of these images are great.
